1 Box Lemon Cake Mix (17 ounces)
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350º and grease a baking sheet or cover with a non-stick mat.
2. Combine egg, cake mix, and Cool Whip in a mixing bowl.
3. Stir until well-mixed.
4. Drop by teaspoon into the powdered sugar and coat well. Using the palm of your
hand roll into a ball shape.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden brown.

It is best to defrost your Cool Whip in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before making the recipe. If you defrost on the counter or in the microwave, it may affect the texture of the cookies.

The Lemon Cake Mix can be substituted for any flavor of cake mix.

Make sure that you don't overcook the cookies.
