1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 eggs
Dash of salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 13 x 9 pan, melt butter in a 400º oven while mixing the batter.

Blend or whisk milk, flour, eggs, and salt.

When butter is melted, pour batter into pan. Bake for 24 to 26 minutes.

Serve warm.

Topping ideas:
Warm syrup, confection sugar (powdered), jam, cinnamon apples.
