1-1/2 c. oleo (aka. butter)
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
pinch of salt
any flavor jam
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolks on at a time
Add vanilla
Add all dry ingredients and blend well
Form into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Make depression in center of dough and place a little jam in center.
Bake at 400º about 10 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
