1-Cup of white syrup
1/4 Cup of hot water

Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add 1.5 Cups of peanut butter and 4-cups of rice krispies. Drop by spoon on wasx paper or spread in pan and frost with melted chocolate chips or butter scotch chips.
