3 - 4 eggs
˝ cup sugar
˝ cup apple cider vinegar
1 lb. Velveeta shreds
1 small jar pimentos
Directions:
Directions:
Add eggs, sugar and vinegar to double boiler. Cook until thick. In mixing bowl, pour hot mixture over cheese and beat to desired consistency. Fold in pimentos. Serve with crackers or bread. Makes great petite party sandwiches.

TIP: To help keep eggs from separating, mix a small amount of hot cheese mixture with the eggs before adding in the remaining cheese.
