2. 5 cups flour
3. 2 cups confectioners sugar
4. 2tbsp plus’s 1/2 tsp baking powder
5. 1cup shortening
6. 3 tsp almond extract
7. 1-1/2 tsp lemon extract
8. 1/2 cup milk

****** you prefer vanilla extract about 3 teaspoons worth

FOR THE GLAZE
1. 3-3/4 cups of confectionery sugar
2 1/2 cup milk
3. 1-1/2 tsp Vanilla

1 using a mixer with the eggs on high speed until light for me about five minutes set aside
2. In a large bowl combine the flour confectionery sugar and baking powder on low speed gradually adding iin the shortening and extracts until the mixture resembles fine crumbs and gradually add eggs
Gradually add the milk until the dough It’s to the right consistency
3, The dough will be stiff. Roll into balls, about 1 inch thick

4. Bake on 350 for 12-15 mi
Cookies will not be brown
5 while still slightly warm dip in frosting

Frosting
1. Mix confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla
