1 cup butter softened
1 cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
½cup sour cream
2 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in vanilla and eggs. Combine all dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Add sour cream then flour. Mix until flour is incorporated into butter mixture.

Chill for 5 hours

Roll out on well-floured surface and cut to desired shape.

Bake for 8 minutes at 375º
