1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of molasses

1 cup of lard

1 cup of sour milk

2 tsp of soda

2 tsp ginger

2 tsp nutmeg

flour to roll out
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together lard and brown sugar. Add molasses and milk and mix well. Stir in soda, ginger and nutmeg. Mix in flour until dough is firm enough to roll out.

Roll out, cut and bake.
