1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, and quartered.
1 (8-ounce) can of refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 t ground cinnamon
½ c butter (1 stick)
¾ c white sugar
1 c orange juice, Mt. Dew, or Sprite
1 t vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Wrap each (prepared) apple piece in one crescent roll. Place seam side down in an 8x8 (square) baking
dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and orange juice and bring to a boil.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
5. Pour evenly over rolls.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden and apples are tender. Spoon sauce over rolls when serving.
