Cookie:
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar to desired consistency
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cookie ingredients.
Bake for 10 min. at 375º.
Melt margarine, brown sugar, and milk together.
Cook until dissolved.
Cool and add vanilla and powdered sugar.
Drizzle frosting over cookies.
