1 c butter, browned
1 c brown sugar
2/3 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 c all purpose flour
1/4 c coconut flour (or all-purpose flour)
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt, plus about 1 tsp extra to sprinkle on before baking
2/3 c chocolate bar, chopped
2/3 c pecans, coarsely chopped
1/2 c chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Brown butter in saucepan, then cool to room temperature or just slightly warm.
Cream butter with both sugars.
Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Sift and whisk together flours, baking soda, and 1 tsp salt.
Stir in dry ingredients, adding pecans and chocolate when dough has almost come together.
Scoop onto prepared sheets a few inches apart, sprinkle with a pinch of salt per cookie, then bake until no longer shiny on top (about 12 minutes). Tap pan on countertop after removing from oven to knock out air pockets in the cookies.
Let cool a couple minutes before enjoying!
