1 lb. butter, room temperature or softened
1 C sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3½ C all purpose flour
2 C Lays potato chips
Powdered sugar for dusting the cookies with

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Place chips in a Ziploc bag and lightly crush with the palm of your hand. Add all ingredients except the powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and combine by hand. Once mixed together well form into 1 inch balls. Make a slight dent in the middle of each ball with your finger. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden. Cool slightly and then move to a cooling rack. Once cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
