1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, cream the butter with sugar.
Add the vanilla extract and beat to combine.
Add the flour and mix to combine.
Roll the dough into 1 ½ inch balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Use your thumb to press into the center of each cookie, creating a well for the jam.
Use a teaspoon to drop a dollop of jam into the center of each cookie.
Bake in preheated oven for 14-18 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
