1 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups Bisquick
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400ºF

Blend peanut butter, shortening, sugar and water in mixer until smooth.

Stir in Bisquick mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Flatten with a glass bottom or for dipped in bisquick.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on rack.
