2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 cup milk
Dissolve 1 tsp baking soda in milk
1 pack dates, chopped
1 cup chopped pecans
2 large cookie sheets
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar with mixer.

Add in eggs and mix.

Add all seasonings, oats, and milk (with dissolved baking soda)

Layer cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Put 1 heaping teaspoon of mix in dots on pan.

Preheat oven to 330 and bake for 8 minutes. Swap top and bottom pans and bake another 8 minutes.

Sprinkle with sugar then let cool on cookie racks.
