1 ½ c. butter
2 c. sugar
Add wet ingredients and mix together.
3 c. pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour
* optional
*Chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, or any combination you like.

Bake 375* for 10-12 minutes on a lightly greased cookie
