Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.

Place unwrapped mints in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt for 15 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth. Dip crackers into melted mints using a fork to coat and shake off excess. Place on the baking sheet to harden.

Preference: store in the refrigerator for cold cookies.
