3 ripe bananas (mashed)
⅓ C. apple sauce
2 C. oats
¼ C. milk (almond milk ok)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ C. chopped nuts or raisins
1 C. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, use parchment paper on cookie sheets or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

1. In a large mixing bowl add the first 6 ingredients and mix until well combined.
2. Stir in nuts or raisins and chocolate chips.
3. Drop spoon fulls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet (2" apart) and bake for 15 - 20 min. or until golden brown.
4. Place cookies on cooling rack until fully cooled.
5. Continue until all the dough is cooked.
