1 Cup (mixed) Butter & Shortening

2 Eggs Beaten

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

3 Tablespoons Sour or Sweet Cream

½ Tablespoon Salt

½ Teaspoon Baking Soda

3 Cups of Flour

Using an electric mixer, beat sugar, shortening.

eggs and cream until light & fluffy. Add flour

sifted with baking soda and salt. Drop by

½ Teaspoon on greased cookie sheet, press

down with a glass. Bake 6 - 9 minutes until

brown in a 375º oven.
