2 1/2 Cups Flour (sifted)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Jar Jelly (Current or Your Choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla, beat until fluffy. Blend in flour mixture. Chill

Roll out on floured board and cut with 2 inch round cookie cutter. One half of cookies make a round hole in the middle.

Bake 8-10 minutes. Fill with jelly and top with cookie with hole on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
