1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup blended oatmeal
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 oz grated Hershey bar
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in remaining ingredients. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees
