1 Banana, Mashed
1 Egg
1 c. Almond/Cassava Flour
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 c. Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mash banana and yogurt mixing well.

3. Whisk egg and add to liquid ingredients. Fold in dry ingredients (everything but the chocolate chips) and mix well.

4. Add in chocolate chips and mix until evening distributed.

5. Scoop dough by the tablespoon onto lined cookie sheets and bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are light brown.

6. Serve warm or cooled keeping leftovers in the fridge.
