1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box butterscotch pudding
2 large eggs
¾ cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 tsp. rum extract
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup butterscotch chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Whisk cake mix and pudding together. Add eggs, melted butter and rum extract. Stir to combine. Fold in chocolate and butterscotch chips. Form into balls. Place on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Press balls down slightly. Bake 12 to 15 minutes till edges are golden brown but the center is still soft
