2¾ cups flour
⅔ cup instant cocoa mix (about 4 packages)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs (at room temperature)
1½ tsp. vanilla
1¼ cup milk chocolate chips
1½ cup mini marshmallows
1 (4 oz.) milk chocolate (or baking chocolate) coarsely chopped

Preheat oven 350º
Whisk dry ingredients together (flour, cocoa mix, baking soda and salt). In a separate bowl, beat butter until smooth. Add granulated and brown sugar, beat until creamed. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat about 1 minute. Gradually add dry ingredients until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Shape into balls (about 1½ tbsp. size). Bake 10 to 11 minutes; until edges are firm. Remove from oven; place 4 to 5 mini marshmallows on each cookie. Return to oven and bake until slightly melted (about 1 minute). Allow to cool on sheet about 5 minutes. Melt chopped chocolate in microwave. Drizzle over warm cookies. Allow chocolate to set completely (about 20 minutes).
