(24 ounces) 3 cups Creamy peanut butter. (490 grams) 3 1/2 cups Flour.
4 Eggs. (12 grams) 2 teaspoons Baking soda. ( 12 grams) 2 teaspoons Baking Powder.
2 tablespoons Vanilla. (100 grams) 1 Cup Granulated Sugar. 84 miniature Roll unwrapped candies. (200 grams) 2 cups Dark Brown Sugar. (40 grams) 1/3 Cup Milk.
(12 grams). 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 4 sticks = 1 pound Softened Salted Butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment cream together Peanut butter , Butter and sugars.
Until light and fluffy then add milk , vanilla and eggs until smooth.
Then in a separate bowl whisk together cinnamon , Flour , baking soda, and Baking powder.
Then mix all the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix until combined.
Then chill dough into the fridge for 1 hour and scoop 3 tablespoon size Balls and put 2 Rolls inside.
the ball of dough and make a criss cross pattern with a fork on the top of the cookie before baking.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes
