1 ½ cups butter
4 cups of oatmeal
6 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup flour
Nuts, raisins or chocolate chips (or any combination of these)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add the oatmeal
Beat the eggs and add to the butter oatmeal mix
Dissolve baking soda in the water and add to mixutre
Add spices, sugar, and flour

Chill in fridge over night.
Add your desired nuts, chocolate chips and/or raisins
Drop by tablespoon amount on parchment paper or silicone baking sheets
Bake at 400º for 10 minutes
