Turkey Bones from Roast including any skin and juices left
1 - 2 onions (Peeled & Quartered)
2 Stalks Celery (Cut each in half)
Water to cover bones

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a large stock pot. Cover with water (about 1-2 inches above bones)

Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low to simmer for 4 hours

Place a strainer over a large bowl or other container to separate broth from bones and vegtables. Discard the bones and vegetables to compost.

Broth is now ready for fresh noodles.
