1 ½ cups chocolate chips
3 cups flour
1 cup pretzels, chopped
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
18-20 caramels, cut in half
1 tsp. sea salt
Twisty pretzels, 36
1 cup unsalted butter, room temp
½ cup sugar
Extra sea salt
1 ½ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside. Cream butter and sugars together for 3 minutes. Add in eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add in dry ingredients with mixer on low. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped pretzels. Form into balls. Place caramel piece into center of balls. Place onto sheet. Press pretzel twist on top of each cookie. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes and remove from oven.
