1 cup butter
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together / cream butter, sugars. Add egg, oil, milk and vanilla to the mixture. Stir until mixed well and then add dry ingredients together and stir into the other ingredients. Add in chocolate chips (or other ingredients such as white chocolate chips, toffee / heath chips, cherries etc.). Spoon out onto a cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
