1 box lemon or strawberry cake mix
1 egg
2 cups whipped cream (cool whip works great)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Combine cake mix, egg and whipped cream
Dough will be sticky!
Drop by spoonful into powdered sugar
Roll into balls and place 2” apart on parchment lined baking sheet
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350º until set but not browned
Can substitute any flavor cake mix you like!
