2 1/4 C. All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 1/2 or 12 Tbsp. Salted Butter (room temperature)
1 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg White
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract or Paste
1 Tsp. Almond Extract
2 C. White Chocolate Chips
1 C. Fresh or Freeze dried Raspberries
Zest of 1 Orange

Set your oven to 375º

In a large bowl beat your butter and sugar until fluffy, then slowly mix your egg and egg white until fully incorporated. Once fully mixed add in vanilla and almond extract

In another bowl add all your dry ingredients, then zest your orange into your dry ingredients and mix together

Slowly add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients

In a separate bowl (only if you’re using fresh raspberries) coat your raspberries in a little flour

Then add coated raspberries and white chocolate chips into your batter

Scoop onto a lined cooking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes

The fresh raspberries can make the mixture a little wet so you may need to add more flour or bake a little longer.
