1 box lemon cake mix (15.25 ounces) *
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 large egg
½ cup powdered sugar


* May use any flavor cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, Cool Whip and egg. Stir until well mixed.
Place powdered sugar in a small bowl. Drop the cookie dough by teaspoon into the powdered sugar and roll to coat.
Place the balls 1½ inches apart on a baking sheet that has been covered with a non-sticking baking mat or sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven when they are set, but before they get too brown. Remove cookies from the sheet to a cooling rack and allow them to cool.
