Personal Notes:
We make this southern style dressing every year on Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is a family favorite and has been in our family for 4 generations. It is my go to for holiday pot-lucks, and I am usually asked for the recipe. My Nanny would love as many people to enjoy her food as possible. She was often referred to as “The Best Cook in East Texas,” and her food was her favorite way of showing love to family and friends. I hope you feel the love from our family when you make this one for a special occasion.
