Chocolate Bell Cookies Recipe

1/2 C butter
1 C sugar

Cream butter and add sugar gradually

Add 1 egg well beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 squares chocolate , melted
Beat well

Add 2 1/3 C flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 C milk

Mix well and refrigerate

Roll out and use a bell shaped cookie cutter

Bake 325 degrees 6 - 10 minutes

Cool

I use white frosting to outline shape of bell and add a cinnamon red drop for the bell knocker.
