1 cup lemon juice
3 eggs, separated
1˝ cups sugar
˝ cup flour
˝ stick butter
1 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except egg whites into double boiler. Cook until thick, stirring occasionally. Pour into baked pie crust.

Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add in Ľ teaspoon cream of tarter and ˝ cup sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Top pie filling with meringue. Place in oven to brown the meringue. Store at room temperature.
