"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

My family and I love making these cookies for Superbowl. We would make them in the colors of the teams playing. Finding White Chocolate Frosting and coloring it is no easy task. Hope you enjoy this as much as my family does. It takes some time, but it is so worth it.

The Chocolate Ganache and Vanilla Glaze recipe gives these cookies more of a store bought feel, however the Buttercream Frosting gives them more of a home-baked look. The choice is yours.

To make Sour Milk.... add 1 TBSP of either Lemon Juice or Vinegar to every 1 Cup of Milk, stir and allow Milk to sit for at least 5 minutes. DO NOT SMELL..TRUST ME!!!!
