1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 onion minced
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon allspice
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef and pork, onions, bread, crumbs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg and milk. Mix thoroughly and shape mixture into balls. Transfer meatballs to plate. Heat oil in skillet and brown meat. Add butter to pan, sprinkle pan, with allspice, salt and pepper. Allow to bubble. Remove from heat and add boiling water. Return meatballs to pan, add sour cream and simmer.
