2 quarts green tomatoes
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 head cabbage, finely chopped
4 medium onions, chopped
1 quart celery, finely chopped
1 pint green peppers, sliced
1 pint sweet red peppers, sliced
2 hot peppers, chopped
1 tablespoon mustard seed
2 1/2 cups cider vinegar
1 1/4 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chopped tomatoes with salt and let stand 3 to 4 hours. Squeeze out and discard water. Combine pulp with other vegetables, mustard seed, vinegar and sugar. Heat just to boiling. Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal.
