-Crust-
2 cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
⅔ cup butter, softened
½ cup sugar
⅔ cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips

-Filling-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Line a 9x9” pan with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, whip to incorporate.
Add flour mixture and mix till combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Press ⅔ of the mixture into the bottom of the pan.
Combine filling ingredients and beat until blended.
Spread filling evenly over crust.
Crumble remaining cookie dough over filling layer.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cheesecake is set and cookie is browned.
Allow to cool completely and chill before slicing.
