4 pounds of spareribs
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 number 2 cans pineapple tidbits
2 green peppers, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown spareribs in butter. Remove spareribs from skillet. Add cornstarch and brown sugar to drippings in pan, blend well. Gradually add soy sauce and syrup drained from pineapple, stirring until smooth. Return spareribs to sauce; add pineapple tidbits and green pepper. Cover and simmer gently until spareribs tender, stirring occasionally. Add small amount of water if too thick.
