1/4 cup Molasses 2 Eggs. 2 1/4 cups Flour. 2 teaspoons vanilla 3/4 cup Softened Butter Flavored Shortening. 1/4 Cup softened unsalted Butter. 1/2 cup Light Brown sugar Packed 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar 2 teaspoons Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 1 package of vanilla pudding mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar

In a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment mix together vanilla , eggs , sugars , butter ,
shortening and
molasses then in a small bowl whisk together flour , pudding mix , baking soda , salt
and ground cinnamon until combined then add the dry mixture to the mixer and mix on medium.

until combined. Then chill dough for 2 hours then heat oven to 350 or 375 degrees.
And scoop 3
tablespoon size balls and roll into the sugar mixture and sprinkle cookies with.
4 drops of water.
For a crackled surface then bake for 9 to 12 minutes
