1 lb. almond paste
1½ cups regular sugar
2 egg whites at room temperature
Food coloring
Toppings of your choice: slivered almonds, colored sugar

Directions:
Directions:
• Chop up almond paste and mix well with sugar. No lumps
• Beat eggs whites very well
• Add egg whites to paste and sugar. Mix well
• Separate batter and add food coloring of your choice
• Roll batter into the size of a walnut
• Add topping of your choice
• Bake at 300Ί for 20-25 min.
• Let cool on pan before removing
