2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. ground beef or 1 can vege burger, boca burger or preference
2 onions, peeled, chopped & ground in blender
2 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. summer savory
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 1# 12 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
2 6 oz. cans tomato paste
salt/pepper
grated parmesan cheese

Heat oil and slightly brown meat/vegeburger. Add ground onions, all seasonings and brown sugar. Simmer, stirring occasionally about 5 min. Add tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer for 25-30 min. Add salt and pepper to taste and slowly cook 5 more minutes more. Serve over pasta, or use in pasta dishes. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
