Ingredients:  
Cream: 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar

Beat in: 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla

Add; 2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
Add: 1/3 cup sour cream
Mix and fold in 1 cup cashews
FROSTING:1/2 cup butter - brown lightly
Remove from heat and add: 3 Tbsp coffee cream and 1/2 tsp vanilla
Add 2 cups powdered sugar
Frost cookie and top with a cashew
