1 cup margarine
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking power
1½ cup oats
¾ cup fine coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cream together margarine and sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients except for coconut, mix to combine.
Fold in coconut.
Roll into 1 inch balls, press down slightly with fork dipped in sugar, leaving room to spread.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes½
