3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg dry yeast
1 1/4 cup butter
3 egg yolks (beat slightly)
1/2 pint sour cream (1 cup)
1 tsp vanilla
assorted solo fruit filling - family prefers apricot and raspberry
powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix flour, salt, yeast, cut in butter (like a pie crust), add egg yolk, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly then divide dough into 6 parts, chill. Roll out using powdered sugar, cut using a square cutter, add a tsp solo fruit filling to the center and fold corners across (leave other corners unfolded), Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400º for 15 - 20 minutes (until goldened). Cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
