1/2 c shortening
1 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 sqs unsweetned chocolate, melted
2 1/2 c sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c milk or cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla in large mixing bowl.

Add melted chocolate and mix well.

Mix flour, baking soda and salt together.

Add to shortening mixture.

Spoon onto greased baking sheet and bake for 12 min at 375º
