2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. almond extract

Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

In mixer, beat butter and sugar.

Add egg and almond extract.

Add flour and baking powder

Roll into balls and press with the bottom of a glass

Bake 8 mins.

Icing

Whisk powdered sugar, milk and almond extract until smooth.

Spread icing on cookies
