1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine or butter
3/4 cup brown sugar (light)
2 tbsp sugar
1 large egg
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º.
1. In bowl add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
2. In large bowl cream margarine, brown sugar and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla extract, beat well.
3. Add flour mixture 1/4 cup at a time by hand, add oats and raisins.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes
