1 Angel food cake mix
¾ cup of Smucker's sugar free Strawberry Preserves
3 Tablespoons mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or cover with parchment paper.

Beat cake mix and preserves at low speed until moist, then beat 1 minute. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons on to sprayed cookie sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until tops are just lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on the cookie sheet. Place on rack to cool completely.

Store between sheets of waxed paper to keep from sticking together.
